Overall, I had a good experience
After my horrible experience with Auto Nation in Austin, I continued my search for a new vehicle. Well, my search ended here at Austin Texas Cars and Trucks. I worked with Cesar, and from the beginning I could see that customer service was at the top of his list. I looked the vehicle over, which was a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD. Truck was in great condition with low miles. I test drove it and was pleased with how it felt and the ride. We went in to do the paperwork and I talked with Mr. Ken. He approached and talked to me as if we had known each other for years. The whole staff was pleasant and the process was quick. I can't speak for all of the vehicles on their lot but from what I saw, they looked like quality used vehicles. I live near Fort Cavazos (Hood), so for me to drive almost 60 miles for a vehicle is quite a drive so time is money for me. This trip was well worth it. If I had to say anything negative it would be that I would have liked a full tank of fuel in the vehicle prior to my departure but that's a minor complaint. Overall, I had a good experience and customer service goes a long way with me, especially when it comes to the money I worked hard to earn.

A new car in 45 minutes!
We searched everywhere for the perfect car. Ken helped us through the whole process, seaming-less. They treated us like family, and I was in and out with a new car in 45 minutes! Thanks Cesar & Ken for my new Barbie car!
